G Band Production
The
production of galvanized slitting belt is a process carried out in our modern
production facilities. In this process, galvanized steel coils are initially
used. These coils are steel materials protected by high quality galvanized
coating. These coils, which have dimensions determined according to customer
demands, are processed in special machines.
In Doğusan Metal Industry facilities, production is carried out in
accordance with project dimensions in line with customer demands. In this way,
galvanized sliced bands with various properties can be produced for the needs
of different industries. These products are generally used in sectors such as
construction, automotive and white goods and have high quality standards.
Belt thickness: 0.15 to 0.80 mm Belt width: 10 mm to 80 mm coated and uncoated
production is realized.
